12月3日下午，市四院組織召開市“肝膽相照合作發(fā)展”座談會，來自清江浦區(qū)、開發(fā)區(qū)的18家肝病（感染）�？坡�(lián)盟單位主要負責人參加會議。

為促進和增強區(qū)域內(nèi)感染性疾病的診治水平，2017年市四院牽頭組建淮安市肝病(感染)專科聯(lián)盟。聯(lián)盟的成立，貫徹落實了國務院辦公廳關于推進醫(yī)療聯(lián)合體建設和發(fā)展的指導意見精神，體現(xiàn)了醫(yī)療機構公益性的功能定位。近年來，市肝�。ǜ腥荆⿲？坡�(lián)盟通過集中全市范圍內(nèi)的肝病(感染)學科專業(yè)力量，形成更加有效的肝病(感染)防控體系，打造市肝病(感染)醫(yī)療健康服務平臺。目前，聯(lián)盟成員單位已有30家。

會上，市四院黨委書記、院長吳剛匯報市肝病(感染)專科聯(lián)盟近年來的工作情況及下一步工作規(guī)劃。

各聯(lián)盟單位主要負責人就專科聯(lián)盟運行模式暢所欲言，共同探討了合作事項及存在問題，明確了下一步工作目標。

各聯(lián)盟成員單位將本著“共建、共享、共贏”的原則，促進區(qū)域內(nèi)各醫(yī)療單位肝病(感染)學科的規(guī)范化建設、人才培養(yǎng)、學術交流以及科研教學，建立有效的雙向轉(zhuǎn)診、遠程會診、慢病管理和醫(yī)療監(jiān)控平臺等機制，讓“小病在基層、大病進醫(yī)院、康復回基層”的就醫(yī)模式真正為老百姓帶來實惠。

會議現(xiàn)場，吳剛與18家聯(lián)盟單位主要負責人續(xù)簽了合作協(xié)議書。
