為進一步樹立以人民健康為中心的發(fā)展思想，堅守醫(yī)療服務(wù)質(zhì)量安全底線，切實保障人民群眾健康權(quán)益，3月26日下午，我院召開廉政風險和履責風險源點排查工作動員部署會。院領(lǐng)導(dǎo)班子全體成員、院中層以上干部及全體黨員參加會議。黨委副書記洪良忠主持會議。會議指出，各科室要認真查找廉政風險和履責風險源點，克服避重就輕、浮于表面的現(xiàn)象。在排查方法上，要按照列出的工作職責和權(quán)力清單，采取自查、互查和集體排查的方式，逐項逐條排查風險源點；在排查對象上，重點突出黨員及干部；在排查崗位上，重點突出采購、基建、總務(wù)、后勤、檢驗、藥劑、設(shè)備、財務(wù)等關(guān)鍵崗位，做到不漏崗、不缺項，使所有干部職工全方位接受監(jiān)督，有效鏟除滋生貪污腐敗、失職瀆職的土壤。會議強調(diào)，開展廉政風險和履責風險源點排查工作要緊貼醫(yī)院中心工。各科室負責同志要發(fā)揮“頭雁”效應(yīng)，主要負責人切實履行“第一責任人”和“一崗雙責”責任，帶頭開展風險排查并簽字背書，帶頭制定防控措施，帶頭抓好自身和負責科室的風險防控機制建設(shè)，嚴格抓好黨風廉政和各項工作制度的規(guī)范落實，確保風險源點排查工作取得實效。
