8月25-26日，在江蘇省醫(yī)院協(xié)會主辦的第二屆江蘇省醫(yī)院品管圈比賽中，我院參賽的“卡拉OK圈”榮獲三等獎。本次比賽全省共有256個圈組參加比賽，觀摩及參會人數(shù)更是達千余人次。

我院此次品管圈共由10人組成，以“多部門聯(lián)合提高犬咬傷患者狂犬疫苗全程接種率”為主題開展的圈活動，護理部浦海芹主任擔任輔導員，陳麗麗護士長擔任圈長，其他人員均來自臨床一線。每位圈員利用自己的休息時間加班加點，認真準備，通過查閱文獻，研讀書籍，查找缺漏，反復推敲修改后最終成稿。兩位匯報人--朱丹、時小龍認真準備，咬文嚼字，在輔導員、圈長和其他圈員的指導下不斷進步。賽場上，兩位匯報人鎮(zhèn)定自若、講解清晰，以飽滿的精神面貌和專業(yè)的講解分析分享了在品管圈活動中取得的成效和收獲的經(jīng)驗，獲得了專家、評委及同行的一致認可，充分展示了我院人員扎實認真、刻苦鉆研的精神。

推行品管圈活動，發(fā)揮集體智慧，使精細化管理落實到實處。通過不斷的比賽，我們積累了參賽經(jīng)驗，提高了品管圈解決問題的能力。在前行的道路上，我們將不斷的學習和積累，提升服務質(zhì)量，提高病人滿意度。
