我院開展應急救護知識培訓
為進一步提高全院職工的應急救護能力，加大應急救護知識的普及推廣力度，5月30-31日，我院預防保健科利用2個半天的時間對全院職工進行了應急救護知識培訓，來自院行政、后勤、臨床、醫(yī)技等科室的近200名職工參加了培訓。此次培訓特邀清江浦區(qū)紅十字會楊森和劉寶兩位老師來院授課。楊森老師是2013年度江蘇省“最美救護員“、國家紅十字總會的五星級志愿者、“感動清江浦十大人物”，有著豐富的培訓經驗。兩位老師采取理論講解、示范操作、學員互動等方式，從應急救護新概念、突發(fā)事件處理、災害救護、現(xiàn)場救護、心肺復蘇等幾大方面的內容進行培訓。重點對氣道梗阻、事故現(xiàn)場的止血、包扎、骨折的固定、傷員搬運等等日常生活經常發(fā)生的意外事故急救方法和技能進行細致生動的講解和現(xiàn)場演示操作。并手把手指導學員們對創(chuàng)傷救護、繃帶包扎、心肺復蘇等幾項技能進行練習。最后，參加培訓的學員們進行了理論與技能考核。此次培訓內容豐富，形式多樣，實用性強，受到全院職工的一致好評。通過培訓，進一步增強了醫(yī)院職工的安全意識，增加了對應急救治知識的了解、提升了面對突發(fā)情況時的現(xiàn)場救護能力。（朱紅玉張麗娟）
