為提高護(hù)理工作質(zhì)量，規(guī)范護(hù)理工作流程，我院護(hù)理部在全院12個病區(qū)開展了“提高分級護(hù)理執(zhí)行單執(zhí)行率及正確率”的持續(xù)改進(jìn)活動。經(jīng)過三個月的活動，于12月13日下午在我院第二會議室召開了PDCA護(hù)理質(zhì)量持續(xù)改進(jìn)成果匯報會。每位護(hù)士長通過精美的PPT進(jìn)行成果展示。各病區(qū)均能夠按照PDCA的程序進(jìn)行改進(jìn)，成立改進(jìn)小組，調(diào)查原始數(shù)據(jù)，使用各種管理工具進(jìn)行深入的原因分析，制定改進(jìn)計劃，落實改進(jìn)措施，進(jìn)行效果確認(rèn)。本次活動的開展，分級護(hù)理執(zhí)行單的執(zhí)行率及正確率得到了很大的提高，同時也提高了護(hù)士的責(zé)任心及安全意識，為患者提供更加安全、專業(yè)的護(hù)理服務(wù)。

分管副院長周宏參加本次匯報會，周院長對本次活動的開展給以了高度的肯定，并指出，護(hù)理是整個醫(yī)院的重要組成部分，護(hù)理管理者要不斷創(chuàng)新管理理念，不要忽視工作中存在的問題，要抓得準(zhǔn)、分析得透，舉一反三，使護(hù)理工作質(zhì)量得到持續(xù)改進(jìn)，提高患者的滿意度。（護(hù)理部）
