為提高醫(yī)務人員醫(yī)療風險防范意識，有效預防醫(yī)療糾紛，構建和諧醫(yī)患關系，7月31日下午，我院舉辦中層以上干部及全體醫(yī)生參加的《江蘇省醫(yī)療糾紛預防與處理條例》培訓班。培訓中，醫(yī)務科科長姚侖重點解讀了醫(yī)療糾紛預防、醫(yī)療糾紛處理及法律責任等，并將《江蘇省醫(yī)療糾紛預防與處理條例》等相關內(nèi)容匯編成冊，人手一冊，為增強培訓效果，培訓結束后對相關內(nèi)容進行考核。張飆院長要求全體醫(yī)務人員在診療活動中，要注意把握好制度建設，把握好預防為主的方針、把握糾紛處理關鍵環(huán)節(jié)，嚴格遵守醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生管理法律、法規(guī)和診療規(guī)范，恪守醫(yī)療服務職業(yè)道德，尊重和平等對待患者，嚴格 “三合理”規(guī)范，避免醫(yī)療糾紛的發(fā)生，確保醫(yī)療安全。
