我院兩位醫(yī)生入選江蘇省感控醫(yī)生研修班

為了提高我院臨床醫(yī)師的醫(yī)院感染控制專業(yè)技能水平，培養(yǎng)具有感染相關(guān)知識，勝任多重耐藥菌管理及抗菌藥物合理應(yīng)用的專業(yè)人才，實現(xiàn)感染管理真正深入臨床的目標(biāo)，經(jīng)個人申請，醫(yī)院領(lǐng)導(dǎo)研究決定，我院陳震、楊樹峰兩位醫(yī)生順利通過省醫(yī)院感染管理質(zhì)量控制中心初篩和面試，入選“江蘇省感控醫(yī)生臨床研修項目”培訓(xùn)班學(xué)習(xí)，歷時8個月。包括理論學(xué)習(xí)和臨床實踐共八個模塊的培訓(xùn)課程。重點介紹各類感染、病原微生物、多重耐藥菌、抗生素等。分別在蘇南、蘇中、蘇北等地區(qū)的醫(yī)院參加教學(xué)查房、感染病例討論、學(xué)術(shù)雜志導(dǎo)讀等實踐活動。通過參加此次江蘇省衛(wèi)計委組織的研修項目的學(xué)習(xí)，可大幅提升臨床醫(yī)生在醫(yī)院感染診斷和防控，抗菌藥物應(yīng)用管理及多重耐藥菌防控方面的能力和水平，同時也為我院培養(yǎng)與儲備了具有感染防控相關(guān)知識、能夠參與臨床感染病例的診治與會診、強化多重耐藥菌管理及抗菌藥物合理應(yīng)用的專業(yè)化人才，可有效推動我院醫(yī)院感染防控工作再上新臺階。
