    我院藥劑科是醫(yī)院重要的醫(yī)技科室之一，負(fù)責(zé)全院中西藥品及中草藥的供應(yīng)、調(diào)劑，負(fù)責(zé)藥品進(jìn)入醫(yī)院后的全程質(zhì)量管理,并開展醫(yī)院合理用藥監(jiān)督、藥品不良反應(yīng)的監(jiān)測(cè)、藥物咨詢服務(wù)等工作。藥劑科全體人員，立足于“愛崗敬業(yè)，在自己平凡的崗位上兢兢業(yè)業(yè)，忠于職守，從我做起從小事做起從現(xiàn)在做起”的藥劑科人精神，以病人為中心，在藥房窗口服務(wù)工作中，不僅準(zhǔn)確發(fā)放藥品，還對(duì)患者進(jìn)行細(xì)致的交代用法、用量、服藥時(shí)間、注意事項(xiàng)等。積極開展優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)，真誠(chéng)地為患者提供優(yōu)質(zhì)、高效、方便、快捷的服務(wù)。2016年在省衛(wèi)計(jì)委組織的對(duì)全省三級(jí)醫(yī)院患者滿意度調(diào)查中，我院藥劑科的滿意度為96.67%，位列醫(yī)院所有調(diào)查科室中的最高分。臨床藥學(xué)室還被市不良反應(yīng)監(jiān)測(cè)中心表彰。
