日前，從中國(guó)肝炎防治基金會(huì)獲悉，我院被批準(zhǔn)為“乙肝母嬰零傳播工程項(xiàng)目醫(yī)院”。

我國(guó)是肝炎大國(guó)，孕產(chǎn)婦HBsAg陽(yáng)性者約70-100萬(wàn)。特別是流動(dòng)人群育齡婦女肝炎母嬰傳播及其管理問題突出。很多育齡以及妊娠婦女既不了解自身的乙肝感染情況，缺乏疾病防范知識(shí)，更未能獲得乙肝母嬰阻斷的醫(yī)療服務(wù)。為此，2015年7月中國(guó)肝炎防治基金會(huì)啟動(dòng)了“乙肝母嬰零傳播工程”項(xiàng)目。該項(xiàng)目是一個(gè)集科學(xué)防治和應(yīng)用性研究于一體的公益性項(xiàng)目。從乙肝傳播的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)——母嬰傳播入手，使妊娠慢乙肝患者的診治方案和管理流程達(dá)到標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、規(guī)范化，項(xiàng)目涵蓋妊娠期用藥管理、分娩管理、停藥時(shí)機(jī)等。

我院作為全市唯一一所傳染病�？漆t(yī)院，積極申報(bào)該項(xiàng)目，旨在規(guī)范化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化乙肝病毒母嬰阻斷流程，特別是對(duì)高病毒載量乙肝孕婦進(jìn)行妊娠抗病毒藥物干預(yù)等措施，以降低母嬰傳播的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，提高乙肝免疫接種的成功率，實(shí)現(xiàn)零傳播。經(jīng)過前期申請(qǐng)和嚴(yán)格篩選，我院入選為全國(guó)該批26家“乙肝母嬰零傳播工程項(xiàng)目醫(yī)院”之一。（陳士新張麗娟）
