討論中，同志們對照“講政治、有信念，講規(guī)矩、有紀(jì)律，講道德、有品行，講奉獻(xiàn)、有作為”，結(jié)合學(xué)習(xí)周恩來精神，緊密聯(lián)系自己的思想、工作和作風(fēng)實(shí)際，深入思考怎樣才能做到政治合格、執(zhí)行紀(jì)律合格、品德合格、發(fā)揮作用合格，任何情況下都銘記黨員身份，積極為黨工作等議題進(jìn)行互動交流。通過討論，同志們紛紛表示：作為周恩來故鄉(xiāng)的黨員，要以周恩來的黨性修養(yǎng)為標(biāo)桿，嚴(yán)格遵循黨章要求、嚴(yán)格遵守黨規(guī)黨紀(jì)，踏實(shí)做好本職工作  ，勇于擔(dān)當(dāng)、不忘本色，不忘初心，堅(jiān)定信念，將“四講四有”牢記心中，用黨員的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)嚴(yán)格要求自己，真正以實(shí)際行動踐行“四講四有”，爭做合格黨員。
